- Background: Please outline the technology solution offered, including its core functionality, target market, and the key challenges it is designed to address.
- Client Implementation & Adoption: Describe how the solution has been successfully deployed within client organisations, including onboarding, integration with existing systems, and user adoption.
- Innovation: Provide details of any innovative features, enhancements, or approaches that differentiate the solution from others in the market. This may include the use of automation, data analytics, artificial intelligence, or unique platform capabilities.
