This award recognises organisations that have demonstrated outstanding innovation in working collaboratively with suppliers to drive mutual value, improve performance, and deliver strategic outcomes within procurement or the wider supply chain. Submissions must be made by the buying organisation or in partnership with a key supplier, highlighting collaborative efforts over the past year.
- Background: Please outline the supplier relationship(s) involved, including the nature of the collaboration, its objectives, and the strategic importance to the organisation.
- Collaboration Approach: Describe the approach taken to foster collaboration, including governance structures, communication methods, joint planning, or partnership models that supported effective working relationships.
- Innovation: Provide details of innovative practices, tools, or initiatives introduced as part of the collaboration. This may include co-creation, shared technology platforms, joint problem-solving, or new ways of working that enhanced the partnership.
- Impact & Outcomes: Summarise the tangible results delivered through the collaboration, such as improvements in efficiency, cost savings, service delivery, sustainability, innovation, or risk management. Where possible, include measurable outcomes.
- Mutual Value Creation: Demonstrate how the collaboration delivered benefits for both the buying organisation and the supplier(s), highlighting long-term value, trust-building, and shared success.
- Supporting Facts & Statements: Include any additional evidence, testimonials, or data that support the entry and showcase the strength and success of the supplier collaboration.
