
Funding gap leaves Casement Park project at a crossroads
Despite renewed UK Government support, the Casement Park redevelopment remains short by approximately £100 million. While Chancellor Rachel Reeves’ spending review added £50 million to the pot, and the Irish Government and GAA have also pledged support, the total still falls well below the £270 million needed.
