Applauded for their pioneering approach to procurement last year, PTSB & Efficio secured two awards at the National Procurement Awards 2025, winning Best Private Sector Procurement Project of the Year and Procurement Team of the Year for their innovative, enterprise-wide transformation in financial services procurement.
The award-winning project centred on a forward-looking Payments Platform initiative, integrating smart automation through eFlow to enhance efficiency, resilience, and ESG alignment. By modernising the Payments Engine, PTSB & Efficio enabled real-time processing, streamlined operations, and scalable solutions, all while maintaining compliance with complex regulatory requirements.
Judges praised both the strategic vision and measurable outcomes of the initiatives. “PTSB & Efficio impressed the panel with a transformative procurement strategy that delivers innovation, efficiency, and clear ESG integration. Their Payments Platform project demonstrates tangible savings, operational resilience, and strong stakeholder engagement, setting a new benchmark for financial services procurement,” the judges noted.
The Procurement Team of the Year accolade further recognised the organisation’s high-performing, forward-thinking team. “The team showcased exceptional leadership and collaboration, tackling complex operational challenges with scalable, technology-driven solutions,” the panel added. “Their approach exemplifies how innovation, strategic vision, and measurable impact can elevate procurement to a key driver of business success.”
PTSB & Efficio’s dual recognition reflects evolving standards in the National Procurement Awards, where excellence is defined by innovation, operational impact, and enterprise-wide transformation.
