ORO Labs secures $100m Series C funding for enterprise procurement platform

ORO Labs, the procurement orchestration platform with operations in the United States and United Kingdom, has raised $100 million (€92 million) in Series C funding to accelerate AI-driven procurement capabilities for global enterprises. The round was led by Brighton Park Capital and Growth Equity at Goldman Sachs Alternatives, with participation from existing investors including Norwest Venture Partners, B Capital, XYZ Capital and Felicis.

Be Beez International reported that the funding follows 300 per cent revenue growth for ORO Labs, which provides procurement orchestration technology to Fortune 500 organisations across life sciences, financial services, consumer products, manufacturing, energy and telecommunications sectors. Major clients include The Coca-Cola Company, Siemens Energy and Novartis.

The ORO platform orchestrates end-to-end procurement workflows across intake, approvals, sourcing, supplier management, risk and compliance. The technology addresses limitations of legacy procurement systems by automating workflows, accelerating compliance processes and integrating people, processes, systems and intelligent agents into unified operations.

The capital will accelerate ORO's expansion, product development and customer deployment worldwide. The platform currently operates across over 100 countries, serving enterprises requiring agility, speed and scale in procurement operations whilst managing complex supply chains and regulatory requirements.
