The countdown is on for one of the biggest nights in Ireland’s procurement calendar. The National Procurement Awards 2026 takes place this Thursday, 22nd October, at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, Santry, bringing together hundreds of senior executives and procurement professionals to celebrate the achievements shaping the sector.

With 20 categories and 87 finalist entries, this year’s awards will recognise excellence across a broad range of procurement activities. From sustainable purchasing and collaboration to technology and innovation, the categories reflect the profession’s expanding contribution to business performance, efficiency and long-term growth.

The awards also provide an opportunity to reflect on how procurement continues to evolve. As organisations place greater emphasis on responsible sourcing, digital transformation and strategic supplier relationships, the profession is playing an increasingly important role in supporting wider business objectives. Thursday’s ceremony will recognise the people and organisations helping to move these priorities forward.

Beyond the awards themselves, the evening offers an opportunity for Ireland’s procurement community to come together, share achievements and celebrate the work taking place across the industry. With a full programme of awards spanning 20 categories, anticipation is building ahead of the announcement of this year’s winners.

Who will take the spotlight? The wait is nearly over, with the results set to be revealed on Thursday night.
