Heloisa de Carli's career spans 15 years across the Automobile, Hospital, and Banking industries, where she has held roles encompassing purchasing, supply chain management, sales operations, product strategy, and customer service, bringing a richly cross-functional perspective to the National Procurement Awards 2026 judging panel.

Holding a BSc in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in Logistics, Heloisa has built her professional foundation on a thorough understanding of both the strategic and operational dimensions of procurement. Her academic grounding has been matched by sustained practice across three distinct sectors, each placing its own demanding requirements on procurement teams.

Her expertise spans the procurement of direct and indirect products and services for multinational companies, giving her a breadth of experience that extends across complex supplier landscapes and diverse organisational structures. Working within the Automobile industry, Heloisa developed fluency in lean supply chain principles and the rigour of managing high-volume, time-sensitive sourcing. Her experience in the Hospital sector introduced the critical compliance and risk management dimensions that define procurement in healthcare environments, while her work in Banking sharpened her understanding of governance frameworks and vendor relationship management.

This multi-sector career has equipped Heloisa with a comparative lens that allows her to assess procurement performance not in isolation, but in the context of what best practice looks like across industries. Her approach to procurement is grounded in the conviction that strong supply chain strategy must align closely with broader business objectives, a perspective that makes her particularly well-placed to evaluate the ambition and impact of entries submitted to the awards.

Her appointment to the judging panel reflects the depth of operational and strategic expertise she brings to the assessment of procurement excellence across Ireland.
