GovDash, the New York and Virginia-based AI startup, has secured $30 million (€25.6M) in Series B funding to expand its software that helps companies manage U.S. government contracts more efficiently.

Founded in 2021 and formerly known as Realize Inc., GovDash offers a platform that uses artificial intelligence to identify and prioritise government contract opportunities based on a company’s capabilities and past performance. Once opportunities are identified, the platform supports proposal creation, compliance tracking, and contract management.

Since its Series A funding of $10 million (€8.55M) in April 2024, GovDash has reported 16-fold revenue growth, an 18-fold increase in customers to nearly 200 companies, and expanded its team from three to 45 employees. Notable customers include SPATHE Systems LLC, Blue Rose Consulting LLC, Aviation Training Consulting LLC, and Threat Tec LLC.

“The U.S. government depends on a strong private sector to execute critical missions, but the systems supporting that relationship have not kept pace,” said Sanjiv Kalevar, partner at Mucker Capital. “GovDash is building the modern infrastructure that allows companies to work with the government at the speed and scale the moment requires. We believe this platform will play a foundational role in strengthening public and private sector collaboration.”

The Series B round was led by Mucker Capital and the British Columbia Investment Management Corporation, with participation from Northzone Ventures AB and Y Combinator. The funds will be used to enhance customer success, expand the platform’s AI capabilities, and further grow GovDash’s presence in federal contracting hubs.

By offering end-to-end coverage from opportunity identification to contract delivery, GovDash aims to reduce administrative burdens that often slow government contractors, centralise documents, maintain version control, and leverage past performance to improve future bids.
