1Buy.AI secures funding to optimise electronics procurement globally

1Buy.AI, an AI-driven electronics procurement platform based in India, has closed a $3.9 million (€3.6 million) seed round led by 100Unicorns, with participation from FJ Labs, Gruhas and several enterprise customers. The funding will accelerate global expansion and adoption of the platform across manufacturers in the US, Europe, and Southeast Asia.

Founded by serial entrepreneurs Nitin Jain, Visham Sikand, and Pradeep Paliwal, 1Buy.AI provides what it terms a “Global Intelligence Layer” for electronics procurement. The platform integrates predictive analytics, pricing intelligence, and structured sourcing workflows to replace fragmented, spreadsheet-driven processes in enterprise procurement.

Early deployments have delivered measurable benefits. According to investors, the platform improves supplier governance, reduces excess inventory risk, and drives cost reductions of 5–10% within months of deployment.

Several early customers—among the world’s largest electronics manufacturers—have expanded usage and participated in the funding round, validating the product-market fit.
